Seattle housing stock
The housing stock splits three ways: pre-war Craftsman bungalows and Seattle box houses across Ballard, Wallingford, and Beacon Hill with narrow stairs and original subfloor; mid-century ramblers and split-levels in the north end and West Seattle; and a large, fast-growing base of mid-rise apartments and condos in South Lake Union, Belltown, and Capitol Hill where the HOA usually requires a certificate of insurance before a van can park in the loading bay. We carry one and send it ahead.
