Our story
We started in 2009 with one van and a straightforward observation: most carpet cleaning in the Puget Sound region was being done with portable machines, generic chemistry, and no attention at all to the fact that this is one of the dampest inhabited regions in the country. Carpets were coming out wet, staying wet, and smelling musty within a week.
Fifteen years later the fundamentals have not changed. We still run truck-mounted hot water extraction because nothing else generates the vacuum lift needed to get a carpet genuinely dry in a Northwest winter. We still identify the fibre before we choose a pre-spray. And we still quote a flat price at the door, because the surcharge-at-the-end model is the single most common complaint we hear about the company somebody used before us.
What has changed is scale. We now cover Auburn, Bellevue, Covington, Federal Way, Issaquah, Kent, Kirkland, Medina, Mercer Island, Renton, SeaTac, Seattle, Tukwila — 13 cities — with technicians who know which ones dry slowly, which ones have hard water, and which ones are full of wool.
How we operate
Some carpet is worn out. Some grout has eroded past the point a clean helps. Some pet contamination is in the subfloor and needs the pad replaced, not extracted. We say so at the walkthrough, before you have paid anything — because the alternative is taking money for a job that was never going to hold, and that customer never calls again.
Our technicians confirm a flat price at your door before a hose comes off the truck. There is no "the soil was worse than we expected" surcharge, no per-spot add-on discovered halfway through, and no upsell script. If we get the quote wrong, that is our problem, not yours.
Wool is not nylon. Travertine is not porcelain. An S-code sofa is not a W-code sofa. Every job starts with identifying what we are actually working on, because the single fastest way to ruin a floor or a fabric is to run one recipe across everything — which is exactly what a rushed, high-volume operation does.
Auburn dries slower than Issaquah. Renton water is harder than Seattle water. Federal Way sand cuts fibre in a way Bellevue bark mulch does not. Those differences change what we bring on the van and how we schedule the day, and they are why our city pages read differently from one another.
